7-Day Return Window
You can return products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Products must be in original packaging
- Items should be unused and in original condition
- Include the invoice or order confirmation
- Perishable items cannot be returned unless damaged
Non-Returnable Items
Opened food products and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Additionally, all types of oil, ghee, honey, and gift hampers are non-returnable.

A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.

Initiate Return
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.
Ship the Product
Pack the item securely and ship it to our address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Quality Check
Once received, we inspect the product within 2 business days.
Get Refund
Refund is processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
